30 Minute Workout

Complete Fitness offers Toning Classes! That's right, we've got your back. (And your miscellaneous other parts too!)

If you want to tighten the tummy, you'll be interested in our Awesome Abs class. This will be 45 minutes of concentrated abdominal work.

If the tushy and thigh region is the area that plagues you, then check out the Super Butt and Thigh workout. This regimen will tighten up muscle groups you didn’t know existed.  Extremely effective and a great way to lose inches around your hips, bottom and thighs.

The Weekend Wrap Up will combine moves from both the Awesome Abs and Super Butt and Thigh, as well as adding in some extra toning to give you sleek and sexy arms!

Finally, we are excited to announce the addition of Charity Lamprecht to our team. Charity will be instructing our Yoga classes. You can find out more about Charity at her website, www.claritybycharity.com.

All classes are $3 for Members, $5 for non-members, so bring your friends!
